We want customers to feel confident when purchasing furniture online. Warranty coverage may vary by product, supplier and manufacturer.
Warranty Coverage
Products may include a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing faults or defects under normal household use. Warranty details shown on an individual product page apply to that product.
What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not usually cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, commercial misuse of household products, changes caused by natural material variation, or damage caused after delivery.
How to Make a Warranty Enquiry
Please contact us by email with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the concern. Email support is available every day. Phone support may be available during business hours.
Assessment
Warranty claims may need to be assessed with photos, videos, supplier review or inspection where appropriate. We will work with customers and suppliers to resolve valid warranty issues in a fair and practical way.
Pickup and Inspection
We do not operate a walk-in retail showroom. Pickup or inspection may be available by appointment for selected items only.
